All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using USPS or UPS depending on your location and fastest available service. Typical delivery time frame is between 3-5 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier.

All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us  with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Potential delays can be expected due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems.
